Who We Care For

In addition to caring for dogs and cats, our veterinarians are experienced in the care and treatment of special pets, exotic creatures and even exotic exhibit and show animals. For years, our veterinarians have worked with reptiles, amphibians and small mammals like ferrets, rabbits, gerbils and hamsters. Unlike any other, West Flamingo Animal Hospital has one of Southern Nevada’s favorite Bunny practitioners. Our in-house rabbit expert has a loyal following of clients who continually place their trust and their pet’s health in our hands.  We have unique experience with wildlife as four of our veterinarians have been a part of the team that cares for the aquatic wild life found at Mandalay Bay Shark Reef, Las Vegas Springs Preserve, and the Golden Nugget Shark Tank.  These same veterinarians are available to treat and care for your beloved fish and other aquatic pets.

There is not a veterinary practice in Southern Nevada that can top the diversity of the patients we see.  Working with a variety of special pets, show and exotic animals makes West Flamingo Veterinarian Hospital stand out amongst the rest. Whether a reptile, an amphibian, even a dangerous exotic animal such as a man eating crocodile, shark, or komodo dragon, pets are served and cared for at West Flamingo Veterinarian Hospital. Our experiences with these animals, fish and reptiles is unrivaled in Las Vegas.
